Please note that from the last week in June through August, in general and for most properties, there is a 7 – night minimum stay from either Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Sunday. Please call us for assistance or for special requests and we will be happy to accommodate whenever possible.

NEW FOR 2025! Setting Sun Cottage sits in one of the most beautiful spots on Deer Isle. Currently being set up for rental guests, it has 4 bedrooms with 2 queens and 2 twin beds, as well as two bathrooms. The downstairs bathroom has a tub/shower combo and upstairs has a shower.
