Designed by renowned architect Jarvis Hunt, this 5,000-square-foot summer cottage has been tastefully renovated to balance historic charm with modern comfort. With six bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, an expansive enclosed porch overlooking the water, and two acres of manicured lawn, Sealight is ideal for weddings, family reunions, retreats, or multi-generational getaways.
The Space
Inside, you’ll find a series of elegant, light-filled rooms that recall the grandeur of days gone by:
- Gourmet Kitchen with custom cabinetry, granite countertops, a Wolf range, and Sub-Zero refrigerator — perfect for preparing everything from seafood feasts to holiday meals.
- Formal Dining Room ideal for long family dinners with harbor views.
- Elegant Living Room with a working fireplace and panoramic views across the bay.
- Sunroom & Library for quiet reflection, cocktails, or curling up with a good book.
- Full laundry room, office, and a welcoming foyer round out the main floor.
Upstairs, you’ll find six well-appointed bedrooms:
- Acadia Room – 2 double beds
- Bar Harbor Room – 2 twin beds
- Camden Room – 1 queen bed
- Downeast Room – 1 king bed
- Eliot Room – 1 full bed
- Freeport Room – 1 queen bed

- Event fee: $2,500
- Maximum event capacity: 125 guests
- Interior of the home is for registered guests only — not intended for catering or entertainment use.
Guest Access
Guests will have access to the entire home and private dock.
Please Note
- Sunday to Sunday rentals only, to accommodate Saturday weddings.
- No pets. No smoking.
