What are our payment options?<\/h4>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t

DRR is happy to make payment arrangements that work within your budget. We require a $200 non-refundable credit card payment to hold a listing until the signed lease returns. Payment by check is preferred for the balance of the fee. However, Visa, Mastercard and Paypal are accepted with an additional 3% fee. For rentals made within 90 days of the rental period, the total amount is due upon receipt.<\/p>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

How do we get assistance during our stay?<\/h4>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t

Staff are available year-round, 24\/7 to assist if needed. We are available by phone at 207-374-5444 or contact us<\/a> during business hours (Monday through Friday 9 am-5 pm and Saturday 10 am-5 pm). For after-hours assistance, please call or text 207-664-4789. Trust that our team will be available to help when needed!<\/p>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

What is the cancellation policy? <\/h4>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t

In the event of cancellation<\/a> of a rental contract (the signed lease), a refund of the advance rental deposit is made only to the extent that a replacement renter can be found to occupy the vacated period, unless cancellation is made in writing 90 days or more prior to the terms of the contract<\/strong> less a $150 per week administrative fee.<\/p>\r\n

For a cancellation made\u00a0less than 90 days prior to the contract terms<\/strong>, a refund will be given only if the property is rebooked. In such cases, the refund will be based on the rental rate achieved for the replacement booking. Taxes, cleaning and damage waiver fees (or security deposit) will be fully refunded. Renters are encouraged to purchase rental insurance.<\/p>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
